Why coaching?

Dr. Watkins-Griffith works with clients to create space for growth. Coaching is a collaborative relationship between a coach and a client. The client invites the coach on a journey of self-discovery. The client identifies what they want to work on, and the coach walks alongside to facilitate the process. The coaching relationship provides space for accountability and feedback as the client identifies what he or she wants to focus on and moves through a process to complete that work.
