Education

Liz has a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University as well as an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Specialties

Prioritizing a person-centered approach, Liz has experience with all ages and is well-versed in therapy that targets trauma, conduct disorders, grief, and other mental health diagnoses. With additional training in play therapy, she encourages children to engage in treatment.
